The Rose Dhu Creek Property Owners Association (RDC) is managed by a Board of elected members who live in the neighborhood.

The Board meets the third Thursday of every month. Our meetings start at 6:00 PM located at the Gathering Place.

As of September 1st 2024, the community assessment is $1,850.00 per year for non-equestrian properties and $2,500.00 per year for equestrian lots. There is also a transfer fee of $5,000 paid at closing for any real estate transactions.

Yes, Rose Dhu Creek is within the limits of the Town of Bluffton. For this reason, utilities such as Waste Removal is included in our property taxes. More information on the Town of Bluffton can be found by visiting their website: townofbluffton.sc.gov

Yes, residents and guests enjoy social gatherings and special events throughout the year. Our social committee is always planning fun holiday parties, children’s events, pool BBQ’s, and more; there is something here for everyone.

Yes. One of the key amenities that sets Rose Dhu Creek apart from other sub divisions is the many equestrian & leisure trails that are maintained by the association. The trials wind through the Lowcountry land within RDC and they that are abundant with wildlife, flowers and century old majestic trees. Note that motor vehicles are prohibited on these trails for safety of both people and horses.
