HOW DO I RESERVE THE POOL AND GATHERING PLACE?

The Gathering Place is available for reservation by residents of Rose Dhu Creek Plantation.

Here are some facts you should know when reserving the Gathering Place for your event:

• While reserving the Gathering Place reserves the community building, it does not give exclusive rights to use the pool. The pool will still be available to all residents and their guests.
• You are reserving the Gathering Place for the entire day. You should, however, be mindful of the residents immediately around the location and reduce the amount of noise, especially after 8 PM.
• The Gathering Place MAY NOT be reserved for outside events. You cannot reserve the Gathering Place for Company Parties, Business Presentations, or any type of business-oriented use.
• There is a $100 refundable deposit to book the Gathering Place. If there are any costs resulting from your use, such as the need to bring in cleaners or to make repairs, the owner making the reservation will be held responsible for those costs.
• In the event the check has not been received within five business days of the approved email notification date, the reservation will be cancelled, and an email will be sent notifying you as such.

Hours of operation of the pool are Dawn to Dusk. The Pool is open from April 1 to October 1. All children must be supervised by an adult at all times – there is no life guard on duty. There is no running or glass allowed for safety reasons near or around the pool. Respectful behavior of others is expected at all times.

There is no official address for the Gathering Place. It is, however, marked with a sign that says “Gathering Place”. While this may make it challenging to give your guests an address for their GPS, you may wish to have them come in the main gate and let them know its on the right hand side where the pool is.

The Board expects the Gathering Place and Pool to be left in a clean state. ALL TRASH AND RECYCLING MUST BE REMOVED!  Should cleaning or repairs be required, the reservation owner will be responsible for all related the expenses. The community has invested greatly in upgrading these amenities for all property owners to enjoy, and we thank you for being attentive to keeping the premises neat and clean.
