The Rose Dhu Creek Plantation Board with recommendations from the Safety committee has made a change to our gate access codes effective March 1, 2017.

The DR Horton construction code 49999 is discontinued. Starting today each new home construction project builder will receive a specific code for any contractors on that project. The specific building code will be good for only 15 months.

Each homeowner will be assigned a contractor/service code in the 52000 series for better tracking and avoid the need for an owner to provide their family code to the service providers.

I identified 15 standard service providers listed below who provide service to all owners or for common areas. These 15 service providers now have their own assigned series 52000 access codes for both gates. These 15 service codes have restricted access to not work between the hours of 11 PM and 3:30 AM.
