Hi Fellow Neighbors,

As you know, property values are determined by several things: location; the local real estate market; ease of financing; property maintenance; and the elevation and location of homes with thoughtfully planned and well executed landscaping, among other things.

The RDC Architectural Review Board serves a very important role in working with property owners, builders and architects to ensure the overall building elevation design, size and landscaping is in keeping with our community before commencing with construction. The ARB assures that design guidelines are in compliance throughout the building process.

To that end, the RDC Board is seeking individuals with residential architectural skills, landscape design skills and associated credentials. We are also looking for RDC property owners who have an interest in this activity and have the skills to contribute to this board to assure overall integration with the community.

The ARB Board meets as needed to review both new homes and revisions to existing homes and properties.

If you are interested and have the outlined skills, then this is an opportunity for you!

We are looking for volunteers to join the ARB. This is a wonderful way to contribute to the community we live in.
